Welcome to Murph On Ice – Murph’s take on all things hockey. The site will take you behind the scenes of some of hockey’s biggest events, and share video and interviews with some of the games most knowledgeable minds. Over his career, Murph has covered the NHL Premiere events in Europe, NHL All-Star games in Raleigh and Ottawa, and the Stanley Cup Final in Boston in 2011, New Jersey 2012, and Boston again in 2013. Internationally, Murph has commentated on the 2014 Sochi Olympics, the 2018 PyeongChang Olympics, and the 2022 Beijing Olympics, as well as  the 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2021 and 2022 IIHF World Championships. Murph has also covered the 2016 Winter Classic in Foxborough between the Montreal Canadiens and Boston Bruins, and the NHL Centennial Classic in 2017 in Toronto.
